Committees

Nominating/Election Committee conducts elections at the annual seminar of the Association.

Audit Committee – Conducts a yearly audit of the Association's accounts.

Hospitality Committee – arranges a hospitality room at the annual clerk's seminar.
 
Scholarship/Grant Committee – explores grant opportunities; coordinate/disburse monies for educational course scholarships and works with the Education Committee.
 
Education Committee – arranges education for the Association with UW-Milwaukee School of Continuing Education.
 
Fundraising Committee – plans events or sales to generate additional income for operating costs of the Association.
 
Mentoring Committee – initiates a support network by contacting new court clerks and providing assistance and resources.
 
Awards Committee – processes, obtains and distributes awards at full Association annual meeting.
 
Judicial Independence Committee – acts as an “advisory” group for instances of the violation of any separation of power issues or a liaison to Judges’ committee for concerns that may not necessarily be legislative in nature but would assist in Judges and clerks “being on the same page.”
 
Newsletter Committee – obtains articles and processes such articles in Municipal Court Links for distribution in the spring & fall.
 
Sponsorship/Vendor Committee – solicits donations from businesses and/or non-profit organizations that support the municipal court.

Sunshine Committee – coordinates all recognitions, i.e. years of service, retirement, etc.

Charities Committee – coordinates the donation activities at the Fall Seminar, as well as submit designations for the donation pertaining to the District in which the Spring Executive Meeting is held.

Retirees Committee – volunteers/assists various committees as needed at the annual clerks seminar.

Website Committee – maintains and updates WMCCA website.

Administrative Committee  assists the WMCCA with miscellaneous administrative duties.
